1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and CPDG ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and digital marketing services.

2. Services Provided CPDG provides digital marketing consulting, social media management, SEO generation, and related digital services. We agree to perform these services with reasonable skill and care. However, due to the nature of digital marketing (including algorithm changes by search engines and social platforms), we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google).

3. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the services provided are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

4. Client Obligations You agree to provide all necessary access to website CMS, social media accounts, and analytics platforms required for CPDG to perform the contracted services.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Illinois. CPDG and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
